What is Welfare Partners?

Welfare Partners is an online portal that was created to support the Department of Social Protection's business partners who wish to access online government services by integrating with Revenue's online service (ROS). It is owned and maintained by the Department of Social Protection.


What do I need to do to get a Welfare Partners account?

If you are a self-employed individual, business or practitioner you will need to setup a ROS administrator certificate by registering with Revenue. Please visit the ROS Help Centre for more information.


How do I login into Welfare Partners account?

On the Welfare Partners homepage click the 'Login' button located on the top right side of the page and follow the instructions.

In order to login to Welfare Partners you must first have a ROS (Revenue Online Service) sub digital certificate.

To become a ROS sub-user your administrator will need to apply for a ROS digital certificate on your behalf.
